Formulation: Floor Cleaner with Tea Tree & Rosemary Oil Soluble Fragrance Oil Tea Tree & Rosemary Floor Cleaner Formula (1 kg Batch) Ingredient Amount Purpose Purified Water 800g (80%) Base solvent Nonionic Surfactant (e.g., NP-9 or LABSA-neutralized) 50g (5%) Cleaning and degreasing SLES (28%) 30g (3%) Foaming and cleansing Sodium Citrate or EDTA 2g (0.2%) Softens water, prevents residue Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) 30g (3%) Quick drying and grease removal Benzalkonium Chloride (or similar) 5g (0.5%) Disinfectant and mild preservative Plavo Tea Tree & Rosemary Fragrance Oil 5-10g (0.5-1%) Fragrance Preservative (Phenoxyethanol, DMDM Hydantoin) 1-2g (0.1-0.2%) Shelf life protection Sodium Hydroxide (1% soln) As needed pH adjustment (target: 7–9) Color (optional) As needed Visual appeal (pale cream/tan) How to Prepare Add 50-60% of purified water to your mixing tank. Slowly mix in the surfactants (SLES and nonionic). Add sodium citrate or EDTA to avoid water spots. Pour in IPA and stir well. Adjust the pH to around 7-9 using sodium hydroxide solution. Add your fragrance oil and preservatives gently. Mix in a small amount of colour if needed. Top up with the remaining water to reach 1 kg. Filter and bottle the final mixture.
