Cetomacrogol-1000 (Cm- 1000)

Cetomacrogol-1000 (CM-1000) or polyethylene glycol hexadecyl ether is a non ionic surfactant useful in a number of skin and hair care systems as a solubiliser, dispersing agent and emulsifying agent. It may be found in skincare, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals, often as an ointment base, and is used in antiperspirants and deodorants, after sun and tanning products, body care, eye colour, face/neck skin care and sun protection products.
